Before you continue: deleting your account is permanent. You will lose access to your delivery history, chat messages, and saved preferences. If you are a current contractor, please also notify your dispatcher so your work assignments can be handed over.
What happens when you request deletion
- We will email you to confirm the request within 2 business days.
- Your account will be deactivated immediately.
- Your personal identifiers (name, email, phone, profile photo, push token, and device info) will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
- Operational records required by Australian law — for example delivery manifests, proof-of-delivery signatures, and timekeeping records used for payroll or tax — will be retained for up to 7 years, but will be anonymised and no longer linked to your identity.
- Backups are overwritten on our normal rotation (up to 90 days).
How to delete in-app
You can also start the process directly from the App: open Profile → Delete Account and follow the prompts.
